During a recent stay for a music festival, the staff went above and beyond to offer invaluable guidance for us newcomers to the event, enhancing our overall experience. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after long festival days, complete with a well-equipped mini-bar and impeccable heating to ensure a restful night's sleep. The presence of smoking rooms was a unique and appreciated feature, catering to individual preferences seamlessly. Mercator Itzehoe-Klosterforst not only maintained its high standards but exceeded my expectations, making it a top choice for future visits in the area.
